Mill Ridge is a great subdivision in the town of Fuquay-Varina, and is in a great location a couple of miles from both the downtown of Fuquay-Varina and Holly Springs.

Fuquay-Varina is popular with families stationed in Fayetteville who may have a spouse working in Raleigh or Research Triangle Park and thus is perfect as a halfway point. The schools in Fuquay-Varina are also a draw to families with school age children, currently the school assignments are administered by the WCSS.
