About Holly Springs, NC

Nestled among Apex, Cary and Fuquay-Varina, all towns experiencing growth from the heavily populated Raleigh and Research Triangle Park areas, Holly Springs is rapidly growing. The Town of less than 1,000 just two decades ago in 1990 has grown to more than 25,000.

Holly Springs is located about 30 minutes from downtown Raleigh – and is also close to Fayetteville.  Many families choose this area to live because of the proximity to Ft Bragg.

Its reasonable land prices coupled with its proximity to urban centers, and the small town charm still associated with residents of Holly Springs continues to attract new residents and businesses.  In fact, much of the new construction in Wake County has been focused on this area – in particular, because of the advancement of I-540, which makes commuting to jobs in the Research Triangle Park that much quicker.

There are two golf courses in Holly Springs.  12 Oaks is a fairly new course and has homes that range in style from ranch style patio homes to large custom estates.  Sunset Ridge golf course is more established and neighborhoods surrounding it include Sunset Lake, with views of Bass Lake.
