About RaleighCary

George Wilson is owner and Broker in Charge of Raleigh Cary Realty, an independent Real Estate firm headquartered in Cary , North Carolina. "In 2008, I was working for a big national Real Estate company. A client of mine who I'd just helped purchase a home two months before got laid off from his job and wanted to quickly list her home. When I charged the client less to help her out, the firm was very upset with my decision. I opened Raleigh Cary Realty shortly thereafter, with a vision that we'd always have the flexibility to do the right thing for our clients, no matter what." -George Wilson

Beware of what the developer, Fonville Morrissey, and Robuck Homes pitch this development as. We moved into Brighton Forest 2 years ago under the premise that we would have “canopied trees and spacious wooded backyards.” Now that they are developing deeper into the neighborhood, and directly behind our house the trees are disappearing and the houses are getting closer together. We were told that there would be a wooded buffer between the rear of our lot and the adjacent lots. Well, now that the lots have been developed there is absolutely no buffer and we have three different fences surrounding our property, with the potential for a fourth fence (all different styles).

This is not the neighborhood we were sold on so I warn anyone considering this neighborhood to think twice about what you are being promised. If anyone would like more details feel free to email me. I do not want anyone to experience what we are going through.
