Mill Ridge is a great subdivision in the town of Fuquay-Varina, and is in a great location a couple of miles from both the downtown of Fuquay-Varina and Holly Springs.

The homes in Mill Ridge start in the high $200’s and go up to the mid $300’s. For the third quarter of 2012 eight homes were sold and three were pending with eleven active homes for sale.
